Our aim is to help you relax and enjoy your visit at Utopia.

Time to unwind
We welcome your early arrival so you have time to unwind. We have magazines and refreshments available.

Medical details
You will be asked to fill in a confidential client form on your first visit, and periodically we will ask you to fill in a new form, but please do remember to keep us updated with any changes to your health/medication or special requirements. This will enable us to keep our records up to date. Thank you.

Mobile phones
Please switch off your mobile phone in treatment rooms to prevent disturbing other clients and distracting the therapist.

Data protection
All client details are kept secure and are protected by data protection legislation.

Help us help you
Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, please let your therapist know if there is any way that they can improve your treatment or comfort, for example, deeper or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, different music, lower lighting etc…

Please drink plenty of water as this assists all beauty treatments and holistic therapies. Water is available at reception and in all treatment rooms. Please ask your therapist if required.

Appointment Times
We realise that you may sometimes struggle to make your exact appointment time. We will always endeavour to accommodate late appointments but may have to reduce the treatment time slightly to be on time for our next client. Although we would always appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations, please let us know even at short notice if you cannot make your appointment so we can offer it to a client waiting on our cancellation list. All our stated brochure times are booking times.

Cancellation Policy
All appointments are made in good faith, but please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the chance to fill that appointment and our clients miss the opportunity to enjoy our treatments. So if you do need to re-arrange your schedule, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.  Failure to do so will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

New Clients
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment with us, as we will require you to complete our standard record form before your treatment commences.

Terms & Conditions for appointments
All treatment bookings must be made with a contact telephone number. At the time of booking you may be asked for a booking fee to secure your appointment slot. This is non-refundable. Arriving late for your appointment may result in reduced treatment time and will be charged the full treatment price. As courtesy to our clients, a confirmation telephone call or text will be made the day before the appointment as a reminder.

Due to health and safety reasons, children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the salon. Children under the age of 10 are restricted to the ground floor of the salon accompanied by an adult.

All our prices include VAT at 20%
